what towns do you service?

Due to scheduling limitations, as of February 2025, my service area has changed to service only within a 10 mile radius of 54603, which may include North & South Side La Crosse, La Crescent, Onalaska, and Holmen, depending on the exact location (please inquire to confirm). If you are you already an existing client outside of this radius, please reach out to see if I am still able to assist!

how far in advance should i book?

Typically my schedule books out 2-3 weeks in advance. As a small business, I reserve bookings exclusively for each client, which means I often have to turn down other requests to ensure I can provide the best care possible to your sweet pet(s). It is very rare that I am able to accommodate a same day, or same week request. Always reach out and schedule in advance when possible (please see below for my cancellation policy). Thank you for understanding!

what is your cancellation policy?

As I have my own personal pets and other professional obligations, my schedule does tend to book quite far out in advance. Should you need to cancel your appointment, I do require 48 hours advance notice. Any cancellations received in less than 48 hours will be charged the full price of their regular service.

Can you give me medical advice or HELP MY pet WITH A MEDICAL ISSUE?

Although I hold certifications in canine behavior, nutrition, and veterinary assistance, I am not a veterinarian. I legally cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat your pet. I can, however, within my set legal limitations and to the best of my ability, provide you with the tools and resources (via product recommendations, provider referrals, or other resources to review) to empower you to make the most informed & educated decision you can for your pet(s). This is what I refer to as a “Concierge” or “Consultation” request-at which I charge $60/hour for, as it does require a significant amount of time & research to compile these resources for you.

what forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash payments and venmo only at this time. My venmo is conveniently linked for you at the bottom of this website under “send me a coffee”.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a deposit for any recurring visits (meaning multiple visits over consecutive days), and over the Holidays. Payment is due at the time of booking the reservation, and the 48 hour cancellation policy still applies.

i need your help over the weekend and you’re booked, what do i do?

Send me a detailed email about the services you are hoping to request, and I will do my best to pair you with a trusted provider that I use with my own pets!

i didn’t see overnight visits, boarding, daycare or grooming listed-are those services you offer?

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate overnight visits, boarding, daycare or grooming services. However-I have a wonderful network of local service providers who I would be happy to recommend (you can also refer to my Partnerships section at the top of this page)!

do you accept pets with a known or suspected bite history?

Unfortunately, for my personal safety, I will not accept pets that have a bite history, or fear of new people/strangers. This poses a safety risk and unfortunately is nonnegotiable.
